The objective of this policy is to explain our principles for collecting, and storing personal data securely. We value the personal information we have and understand the importance you place on us as a company to keep it safe.

Harmonia Consulting collects certain information about you by the following means:

  • Business cards handed to us
  • LinkedIn
  • Internet searches of company activities 
  • People we have worked with in the past
  • Cookies on the website for analytics and performance

This data can only be seen by authorised employees of Harmonia and is not shared with third parties.

storage and use of data

The data from the sources above, except direct mail shots, is stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  Direct mail data is stored on our central system.

The CRM is used as a contact information database and a way of maintaining client relationships and creating new business. 

We send quarterly newsletters to those who will benefit from our articles on Acoustics and AV with the option to opt out.  Our website has the option to opt in to the newsletter once it is launched.  This data will be stored securely on the CRM.

The data will be stored unless you request it to be removed from our storage.

your rights

You can find out what information we hold about you, and ask us not to use the information we collect.  The company is legally required to give you a copy of the information they hold about you if you request it.
